Ex-files Introduction
Hello everyone this is Mike L.Weening. As you have noticed we are starting a new section to our website
appropriately called “The eX-files.” Over the course of my legal practice and
involvement with the Fathers Rights movement I have counseled thousands of
fathers all over the world. Some of these men (and women) have amazing case
stories about their respective adventures into family court. They are stories
of love, compassion, courage, forgiveness, frustration, anger, sadness; stories of
gender bias
and court discrimination; stories of ultimate victory and stories of great unrecoverable loss.
In short, this section will feature cases and stories from some of my clients
that I believe have compelling stories that may be of benefit to others facing
similar legal issues and problems. The stories will always be written by the
client. Further, it is my intention to add a new story each month.
If you have a family law horror story (or happy ending
story) that contains events, facts, information, advice that would be
helpful to others please send it to me at: law4dad@gmail.com. I will review the
story and post it.
To kick off this new section
I am posting a story by James “Skiter” Kowalski. Skiter has a great story that
I hope will be helpful to many. He is very interested in not just resolving his
ongoing legal issues but wishes that others will be helped through his
struggles. If you have questions or comments about his case you can contact him
directly via e-mail: Skiter@aqmconsultants.com
Enjoy and learn!
Sincerely,
Mike
